Who is this for?
Developers and long-term operators shaping high-end integrated communities, especially during site exploration, concept planning or design. A committed decision-maker and authorized access to project information matter more than a particular community size.
What is available today?
Ikaria is in development. Current work includes research and design tools, and product experiments using synthetic data. The proposed starting point is a scoped concept assessment using information your team already has. Actual deliverables and limitations are agreed before work begins. The film illustrates a future experience.
Does Ikaria develop the real estate?
The initial focus is to serve communities developed by third parties, integrating with specialist technology and service partners. Ikaria does not replace your architect, engineering team, contractors or operator.
Does every home have to connect?
No. Each household chooses what it connects. Consent, withdrawal of consent and different levels of participation are part of the design challenge.
Can we begin without a final master plan?
An early-stage project can be a good starting point. The first conversation should clarify the site, project stage, pending decisions and available information.
