The AI brain that turns
communities into blue zones.
We read 20,000+ sources to build Atlas, the community blueprint, then hyper-personalize it for each member. Body, social ring, environment — integrated into one place that adds years to your life.
The substrate is the first community OS designed to give years back, not take them.
Real estate value uplift
Longevity communities trade at a meaningful premium per square meter. The brain enables that pricing, and proves it to buyers.
Path to autonomy
The substrate maps how your community goes off-grid: energy, food, water. Breaks supply-chain dependency. Operating cost approaches zero over time.
Hyper-personalized resident OS
20,000+ sources distilled into one blueprint, then personalized to each resident. Every person inside the community gets their own longevity operating system.
Four steps, eight to twelve weeks.

Ongoing OS
$100/family/month + $2,000/month base. Atlas runs your community. Ikaria hyper-personalizes each member.
Built by scientists and entrepreneurs
who needed it themselves.
We are a small group of researchers, founders, and clinicians who all hit the same wall. We had the resources and the discipline to optimize the self — weightlifting three times a week, intervals on the bike, padel, clean eating, sleep tracking, the supplement stack, the labs. Years of it. Our healthspan barely moved.
One of our founders watched his father die at 63 — not from smoking or junk food, but from a misdiagnosed celiac that nobody around him caught in time. His grandfather died before he was born. Family healthspan has always been short. Each of us, in our own way, has a version of that story. We came together because we were each privately fighting the same losing battle.
The pattern became unavoidable. We live inside three concentric circles, each nested inside the next. We pour everything into the smallest one — the self — and the outer two, the ones we do not control, quietly drag healthspan down at every turn. Polluted air. Friends we never see because logistics. A nine-PM dinner of something we would not have chosen. A weekend that wrecks the week. The drink at the work thing. The drive that should have been a walk. We could solve it the way Bryan Johnson has — remove the social ring, remove the environment, optimize the self in isolation at two million dollars a year. He has been open that this is the trade. None of us are willing to make it. We want our daughters’ weddings. We want long dinners with friends. We want the holidays.
So we built something different. Not an app, not a supplement stack, not a clinic. The Longevity Community is an operating system for the place you live in. Five pillars — Longevity, Food, Sustainability, Community, Education — mapped across all three circles, with Ikaria, the AI brain, tying them together, and Atlas, the universal blueprint, that any community can run on. The personalization layer makes that blueprint apply to one specific resident, one specific household, one specific place.
We are building it because we want to live inside it.
