COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you fill anything in.

What is the Ikaria community assessment?

An eight-week diagnosis of a residential community that already exists and is occupied. We measure where the community currently adds or subtracts healthy years for its residents — across the built environment, the social ring, food, energy and daily movement — and deliver a diagnosis PDF plus a 90-day plan with four follow-up calls.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

It is for operators of residential communities that are already built and lived in — HOAs, 55+ and senior living, multifamily portfolios, co-housing and intentional communities. It is not sold to individuals, and not to greenfield developers with nothing occupied yet: the assessment measures how a place is actually being lived in, which requires residents.

What does the $8,000 assessment include?

The eight-week assessment costs $8,000 as a one-off and is credited toward subscription if you continue. It includes the diagnosis PDF, a 90-day plan and four follow-up calls. A $500 deposit at letter of intent holds your slot on the assessment calendar, is refundable until kickoff, and counts toward the $8,000.

What does it cost after the assessment?

Ongoing operation is $100 per family per month plus a $2,000 per month base platform fee for the community. The per-family fee covers resident-level personalisation and ongoing brain updates; the base fee covers the operator dashboard, governance integrations and a quarterly substrate-update review.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review within 14 days. If it is a match we set up a call. If it is not, we tell you why rather than leaving you waiting. Submitting is free and carries no obligation.
