If we match, here is what it costs.

Initial assessment
$8,000one-time
Eight-week diagnostic. Includes a 90-day improvement plan and four follow-up calls. Credited toward the subscription if you move forward.
OS — per family
$100/ family / month
Charged per family in the community. Includes resident-level Ikaria personalization, ongoing brain updates, Atlas adherence checks.
OS — base operating fee
$2,000/ month
Flat platform fee per community. Covers the operator dashboard, governance integrations, and quarterly substrate-update review.
Deposit at LOI
$500refundable
Refundable until kickoff. Counts toward the $8,000 assessment. Holds your slot on the assessment calendar.
